PIZZAS |

| Ricardo’s pizzas are made with Italian Caputo flour. The dough, which is made fresh every day, is allowed to prove slowly and then baked in a wood-fired oven, all of which gives our pizzas their unique flavour. The sauces are prepared daily on the premises, we use fresh italian mozzarella, organic beef and free range chicken in our recipes. Our ingredients are sourced from local and specialist suppliers. |
